The 2027 Pebble Flow camper trailer introduces a solar charging upgrade. It expands renewable energy capacity. The vehicle, which debuted in 2025, is built on a 45 kWh lithium iron phosphate battery pack. For the 2027 model, this pack can be recharged by up to 4 kW of solar panels. Pebble Flow states that this capacity should generate more electricity than is typically used during an average day of camping. Previous versions of the Flow allowed owners to specify an optional 1.1 kWh roof-mounted panel. The new kit adds another 2 kWh of capacity through four portable panels. This development continues a trend of electrifying the camping sector, where consumers have long expressed interest in quiet, electric alternatives to generator-powered setups. Kia, Winnebago, and Volkswagen have all shown concepts or added camper trims to their electric vehicle lines, such as the ID. Buzz. While other electrified trailer projects like Colorado Teardrop have ceased operations, the Pebble Flow remains available for purchase.
