Cosmos Health Inc. (NASDAQ: COSM) reported preliminary revenue of approximately $54.3 million for the nine months ended September 30, 2026, a 19% year-over-year increase that marks a company record. This performance places the current nine-month total nearly on par with full-year 2024 revenue of $54.4 million and represents 83% of the record full-year 2025 total of $65.3 million.

The third quarter alone contributed approximately $17.4 million, exceeding the previous record of $17.1 million set in the third quarter of 2025. This quarterly result marks a 40% increase compared to the third quarter of 2024, when revenue stood at $12.4 million. Every quarter in 2026 has thus far established a new record for its respective period, with Q1, Q2, and Q3 each surpassing their historical highs.

Growth was driven across all core business segments, including contract manufacturing, pharmaceutical distribution, and proprietary brands. At Cana Laboratories, the contract manufacturing division reached a record production pipeline of more than 32.7 million units. Meanwhile, pharmaceutical distribution through CosmoFarm delivered record volumes across a network of over 1,500 pharmacies. Proprietary brands such as Sky Premium Life, C-Scrub, and C-Sept expanded into new global territories while maintaining growth in established markets, with sales momentum in the United States continuing to accelerate.

Cosmos Health reaffirmed its outlook for full-year 2026 revenue to surpass $90 million, a projection that implies approximately 38% growth over the 2025 full-year result. The company stated that it currently expects the fourth quarter of 2026 to be its strongest quarter to date, supported by contract manufacturing orders and seasonal strength in distribution.

Greg Siokas, CEO of Cosmos Health, noted that the company has generated in nine months what previously took a full year to achieve. He emphasized that the infrastructure developed over recent years is now supporting all parts of the business, allowing the company to enter the final quarter with momentum. The revenue figures provided are preliminary and unaudited, based on information available to management as of October 7, 2026. Actual results may differ once the company completes its quarter-end financial closing procedures and review. Complete third-quarter results will be reported in the Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the period ended September 30, 2026.
