Amazon’s Prime Big Deal Days event has begun and will run through 3 a.m. ET on Thursday, October 8. The sale features significant price reductions on new hardware from Apple, Samsung, and Google, including the Pixel 11 series, the M5 MacBook Air, and the A17 Pro-equipped iPad Mini. While the event spans a wide array of consumer electronics, the most notable markdowns are concentrated in the smartphone and laptop categories, where flagship devices are available at their lowest prices of the year.

The Google Pixel 11 has seen a $150 price cut for the 256GB model, dropping from $899 to $749 at Amazon and Best Buy. The larger Pixel 11 Pro and Pro XL models are also discounted, with the Pro XL now priced at $999, which is $300 less than the base price of the iPhone 18 Pro Max. On the Apple side, the 13-inch MacBook Air equipped with the new M5 chip is available for $1,099, a $200 reduction from its standard price. This model offers double the base storage of previous iterations and supports Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6. The seventh-generation iPad Mini, featuring the A17 Pro chip, is available for $449 at Best Buy for the 128GB Wi-Fi model.

Samsung’s foldable lineup is heavily discounted during the event. The Galaxy Z Fold 8 is priced at $1,549 at Amazon, while the Galaxy Z Fold 8 Ultra is available for $1,699. The non-foldable Galaxy S26 Ultra is also part of the sale, with the 256GB model listed at $979 at Amazon. These discounts come shortly after Samsung increased the standard prices of its S26 phones. In the audio sector, Bose QuietComfort headphones are discounted to $169 at Amazon, a significant drop from their usual $359 price tag. Apple’s AirPods Pro 3 are also included in the sale, available for $179 across multiple retailers.

Home entertainment devices see substantial savings as well. The Roku Ultra streamer is priced at $99.99, down from $149.99. Roku’s latest Pro Series 4K TV is discounted by up to $300 depending on screen size, with the 65-inch model available for $799.99 at Amazon. Sonos products are also featured, with the Sonos Sub 4 reduced to $749 and the second-generation Sonos Beam available for $359. For readers interested in e-readers, Amazon’s new Kindle Scribe Colorsoft is available for $479.99 for the 32GB model, marking its first appearance with a color screen.

The sale also includes discounts on accessories and smart home devices. Anker’s 25,000mAh laptop power bank is priced at $95.99, while their Nano 45W charger with a display is available for $23.99. Roborock’s Qrevo Curv 2 Flow robot vacuum is discounted to $634.99 at Amazon. The event includes a wide range of products from major brands such as Belkin, Beats, and Philips Hue, with prices reduced across all major retail partners including Amazon, Best Buy, Walmart, and B&H Photo.
